Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Partner with CEO and leadership team on workforce planning and organizational development.
Drive HR transformation initiatives and digitalization of HR processes.
Establish HR policies, systems, and governance frameworks.
Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy for leadership and critical positions.
Build talent pipelines across Sales, Service, Manufacturing, R&D;, Operations, Finance, and Corporate Functions.
Improve employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
Develop succession planning and leadership pipeline programs.
Design and manage KPI/KRA-based performance management systems.
Facilitate goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
Drive a performance-oriented culture across the organization.
Develop leadership development programs and functional training initiatives.
Implement competency mapping and career development frameworks.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work setting.
Design employee engagement, recognition, and retention programs.
Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement improvement actions.
Manage annual increment and performance-linked reward processes.
Ensure timely statutory filings and audits.
Manage employee records and HR documentation.
Support business continuity through effective workforce management. .
Support data-driven decision-making for leadership.
