Job Description: Corporate Finance Specialist

Overview

The Corporate Finance Specialist will work directly with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to ensure seamless management and analysis of financial data, assist in the preparation and updates of investor presentations and financial models, and provide vital support for fundraising, financial planning, and strategic analysis activities.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the CFO to gather, consolidate, and manage financial data from various departments.
Develop, maintain, and update complex financial models to support business planning, scenario analysis, and capital raising activities.
Prepare, refine, and update materials for investor presentations, management reports, and board decks.
Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for business strategy.
Support due diligence processes for fundraising, mergers, or acquisitions as required.




Monitor industry and peer developments to benchmark company performance.
Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of all financial information presented.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA/CFA preferred.
3+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or related roles.
Robust MS Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency in PowerPoint and financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Capital IQ) a plus.
Solid understanding of accounting, financial statements, and valuation methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Robust analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Team player with high integrity and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
