Qualifications Required:
Proven track record in sales, preferably within the real estate or related industry.
Proficient in English, with solid verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree is Required
Knowledge of local real estate market trends, laws, and regulations in Pune.
Robust negotiation and closing skills,



with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced workplace.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Excellent time management. -Highly organized with strict adherence to deadlines. -Proficient multi tasked, working well under pressure.

Sales and Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand your client base and increase sales.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential client needs.

Client Relationship Management:
Understand client requirements and provide suitable real estate solutions.
Coordination with clients and developer’s management.
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales pr
