We are looking for Store and Despatch Executive for Gotan (Rajasthan) Factory , Gummidipoondi (Chennai) Factory and Sinnar (Nashik) Factory.
Responsibilities
Daily routine jobs of stores and dispatch activities
Record keeping of daily raw materials, packing materials incoming/outgoing
Record keeping of daily finished goods incoming/outgoing
Follow up with the transporter and minimize the delay for dispatch
Coordination with the depots and warehouses to dispatch the correct products
To take the corrective steps in coordination with the transporter to reach the materials in the destination without any damage
Maintenance of FIFO system for the raw materials and finished goods
Take corrective actions for the non-moving items in coordination with the other departments
Daily report generation
Monthly report generation
Maintenance of ISO documents
Maintenance of other documents
Calibration of each and every equipment's related to the department
Requirements
Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/B. Sc./M.Sc.with 3 to 5 years experience in Paint unit.
Age: up to 35 yrs
Must have practical knowledge and competence to handle the department
Should possess excellent knowledge of the latest trends in the industry
Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
Supply chain management degree from a reputed institute will be an added advantage
CTC:- 35k per month
