Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a self-motivated and disciplined Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently, managing multiple positions, and ensuring timely closures.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Incentives:
Closure Incentive + Revenue Incentive
Earning Potential: ₹10,000 to ₹40,000 per month

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)
Weekly Off: All Sundays

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Shine, Job Hai, LinkedIn, etc.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Conduct initial HR screening calls and virtual interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients/hiring managers
Follow up with candidates for feedback, offer rollout, and joining




Understand client/company requirements and align hiring strategies accordingly
Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers

Required Skills & Qualifications:
0.6–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment/ Calling/ Customer Support role.
Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, Shine, Job Hai, and LinkedIn is preferred.
Positive communication skills in English & Hindi
Solid coordination and follow-up abilities
Ability to work independently
Valuable understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes

Preferred Profile:
Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred
Experience in a consultancy/recruitment firm will be an added advantage
