Key Responsibilities
Partner closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and P&C; teams to understand workforce needs and provide market-informed talent advisory support
Drive end-to-end recruiting delivery across aligned functions while balancing quality, speed, and candidate experience
Influence and guide hiring managers on talent strategy, market intelligence, organizational capability, and effective hiring decisions
Coach interviewers and managers on structured interviewing and assessment practices focused on selecting high-quality talent
Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies across channels, networks, referrals, and market mapping initiatives
Leverage talent insights, hiring trends, and recruiting metrics to improve decision-making and hiring outcomes
Act as a trusted point of contact for candidates and stakeholders through the recruiting lifecycle
Continuously identify prospects to simplify, modernize, and strengthen recruiting processes and ways of working
Drive robust governance and operational rigor across applicant tracking systems, compliance, and recruiting workflows
