Role Overview
At Ralliant, we are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Application Developer with 7–10 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, customizing, and supporting enterprise-grade CRM solutions.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) / CRM platform, PL/SQL development, SSRS reporting, and enterprise application customization. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional technical teams to deliver scalable and high-performing CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities and skills required
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Development
Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE applications.
Develop custom plugins, workflows, custom workflow activities, and integrations using C#, and .NET technologies.
Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules including:
Sales
Customer Service
Marketing
Field Service (preferred)
Develop client-side customizations using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
Participate in technical design discussions and provide scalable solution recommendations.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration challenges.
