Business Development Executive – Job Description (3 Years Experience)

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Executive with 3 years of experience to support business growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, and references.
Generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
Build and maintain robust client relationships.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
Schedule and attend client meetings and follow-ups.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and quotations.
Negotiate pricing and close business deals.
Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
Experience in IT Staffing,



Recruitment, or IT Services industry is preferred.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field.
MBA is an added advantage.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in lead generation and client handling.
Good understanding of B2B sales process.
Ability to build long-term client relationships.
Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Strong presentation and follow-up skills.

Experience in handling domestic or international clients.
