The role
Nebius is building next-generation AI infrastructure at scale. We are looking for a Field Technical Lead to drive the in office execution of large-scale data center infrastructure deployments, leading technical teams and contractors while ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
Technically lead on-site deployment of GPU-based compute clusters, storage systems, and high-speed networking in data centers.
Support Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and tracking project delivery activities.
Organize and supervise contractors, vendors, and internal technical teams to ensure smooth execution of deployment workstreams.
Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and operational issues during deployments.
Maintain explicit and accurate project documentation, including deployment plans, risk logs, issue trackers, and acceptance reports.
Ensure transparent communication with all stakeholders by providing regular status updates, escalating blockers, and managing expectations.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, networking, operations, and supply chain.
