We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Purchase Requisition and Purchase Orders Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with creating and preparing Purchase Requisition and Purchase Orders on time.
Ensure all purchase orders are accurately generated and issued to concerned person in department.
Accurately enter invoice data into SAP , attach documents, and park the entry.
Assist in month end and year end closing activities.
Reconciling vendor ledger on monthly basis.
