Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Industry Mentor to guide participants by sharing industry knowledge, career insights, and practical workplace experiences. The mentor will help bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations, enabling participants to develop technical, skilled, and employability skills.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct mentoring sessions on industry trends, workplace expectations, and career development.
Guide participants on career planning, professional growth, and industry best practices.
Share practical knowledge through real-world case studies and industry examples.
Support participants in developing problem-solving, decision-making, and skilled skills.
Provide career guidance,



interview tips, and workplace readiness training.
Mentor participants during project work, internships, or industry assignments.
Prepare mentoring reports and provide participant feedback.

Required Skills
Solid industry knowledge and domain expertise.
Excellent communication, mentoring, and presentation skills.
Ability to guide and motivate learners.
Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
Relevant industry certifications are preferred.

Experience
Minimum 5+ years of relevant industry experience, with prior mentoring, coaching, or training experience preferred.
