Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and medical assessments for infants, children, and adolescents.
Diagnose, treat, and manage a broad range of acute and chronic pediatric conditions, including respiratory infections, developmental delays, asthma, diabetes, and infectious diseases.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with parents, guardians, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Perform routine immunizations, growth and developmental screenings, and preventive health check-ups.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
Provide guidance on nutrition, behavioral health, and age-appropriate developmental milestones to families.
Participate in hospital-based pediatric rounds, emergency consultations, and on-call duties as required.
Collaborate with specialists (e.g., pediatric cardiologists, neurologists, endocrinologists)



for complex cases.
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and continuing medical education (CME) activities.
Support pediatric outreach programs and community health awareness campaigns.

Requirements:
MBBS degree with a postgraduate qualification in Pediatrics (MD/DM in Pediatrics) or equivalent.
Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) and state medical council.
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in pediatric care within hospitals, outpatient clinics, or private practice settings.
Proven experience managing diverse pediatric cases across wide-ranging clinical environments (e.g., general pediatrics, neonatal care, pediatric emergencies).
Solid diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills with a focus on patient safety and evidence-based medicine.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with children
