Job Description:
Monitor investigation and action taken on Employee Grievances/ Disciplinary issues, and violations of ethical norms for the corporate office.
Provide coaching & counseling for the corporate office, in order to build a motivated team; and ensure smooth & cordial relations.
Connect with employees and managers to understand the pulse of the organization.
Drive employee’s participation in engagement events.
Collaborate with leadership to understand business goals and align HR strategies accordingly.
Serve as a key point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
Utilize GPTW (Excellent Place to Work) principles to foster a positive and inclusive work workplace.
Actively participate in GPTW - continuous improvement initiatives.
Proven experience as an HRBP with a focus on creating a excellent workplace. In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Familiarity with GPTW methodologies and commitment to their implementation.
Partner closely with leadership to integrate GPTW principles and company Values into organizational strategies
