We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy professional who can drive lead generation through a mix of research, outreach, and AI-powered automation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys exploring current tools, experimenting with strategies, and delivering measurable results.

Key Deliverables
Generate qualified leads through multiple channels:
Data research & mining
Cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls)
Social selling (primarily LinkedIn)
Build and maintain targeted prospect databases based on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)
Collaborate with the sales team to align outreach with business goals
Identify new markets, industries, and decision-makers
Plan and execute outbound campaigns (email + LinkedIn sequences)
Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance (open rates, replies, conversions)
Maintain CRM hygiene and generate weekly/monthly performance reports

AI & Automation Responsibilities
Use AI tools to:
Research prospects and enrich lead data faster
Personalize cold emails and outreach at scale
Generate and test outreach copies (A/B testing)




Leverage automation tools to:
Build and manage outreach sequences
Reduce manual work in data collection and follow-ups
Continuously explore and implement new AI tools/workflows to improve efficiency and conversion rates

Requirements

Must-Have Skills
0–3 years experience in lead generation / SDR / business development
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Valuable understanding of B2B sales funnel and outbound prospecting
Hands-on experience with:
CRM tools (HubSpot / Salesforce or similar)
LinkedIn Sales Navigator (or equivalent)
Email outreach tools (Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, etc.)
Solid research and data mining skills

AI & Tech Skills (Important)
Familiarity with AI tools such as:
ChatGPT or similar tools for content and research
Basic automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.) is a plus
Ability to use AI tools practically for:
