What You'll Be Doing





Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify and connect with potential clients across startups, SMEs, educational institutions, and growing businesses.
Schedule meetings with HR Heads, Founders, CXOs, and Business Owners.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.

Client Meetings & Solution Selling
Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
Understand business challenges and HR processes.
Demonstrate how HR Tech solutions can improve efficiency and employee experience.
Present tailored solutions based on client requirements.

Relationship Management
Build trust-based relationships with prospects and clients.
Act as a single point of contact during the sales process.
Ensure a positive customer experience from first interaction to onboarding.

Sales Closure & Revenue Growth
