About the Role

WeWork India is seeking a Lead/Senior Lead, Sales to help lead its sales efforts in Mumbai. The successful candidate will be diligent with a proven track record in sales. They will be tasked with prospecting, outreaching, and generating midsize, and large company leads in their market.



The self-driven and self-motivated candidate will be responsible for pitching, tour, and closing sales in all WeWork locations across their market.

Roles and Responsibilities
50% Lead generation and prospecting (i.e., cold calling/outreach, social media, networking, events, etc.)
25% Existing sales pipeline management
25% Inbound lead management
Owning the occupancy of the allotted cluster(s) and working cross-functionally with various teams to ensure overall health is maintained
Cultivating midsize and large business relationships
Partner with the Inside Sales and Community teams to ensure successful placement and follow-up of current members
Utilize innovative and creative sales tactics
Touring and demonstrating WeWork locations and business solutions with potential members
Intra City travel along with travel to different WeWork buildings regularly
