The role involves managing the company's complete financial operations and accounting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
NThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management, with strong expertise in Tally ERP and familiarity with up-to-date financial tools. Exceptional analytical skills and proven managerial capabilities are essential for success in this role.
NKey Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including invoicing, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. N
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. N
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.). N
Conduct periodic financial audits, review processes, and ensure timely reporting. N
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. N




Handle coordination with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory bodies. N
Lead a team of accountants and finance associates, providing mentorship and training. N
Optimize the usage of Tally ERP and integrate other financial management tools effectively. N
Analyze financial data to provide insights that support strategic business decisions. N

nQualifications & Skills Required:

MBA in Finance preferred;
Bachelor's in Commerce mandatory. N
Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting and finance experience. N
Advanced proficiency inTally ERP, Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with additional accounting software/tools. N
Robust knowledge of taxation and compliance (GST, Income Tax, TDS). N
