nPolicybazaar is seeking an experienced and dynamic Area / Territory Manager to lead and drive field sales operations in Thrissur. The ideal candidate should possess a robust background in insurance sales, proven leadership experience in managing field sales teams, and the ability to consistently deliver business growth through effective team management and strategic execution.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Field Sales Executives to achieve business objectives. N
Drive sales performanceby ensuring the team consistently meets and exceeds assigned targets. N
Conduct regular coaching sessions, training programs, and performance reviews to enhance team productivity. N




Oversee day-to-day field sales operations and ensure the effective implementation of sales strategies. N
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners to drive long-term business growth. N
Monitor sales performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective action plans. N
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, operational processes, and regulatory guidelines. N

nEligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution. N
Minimum 5 years of overall experience in Insurance Sales. N
Minimum 2 years of experience leading and managing field sales teams. N
Proficiency in Malayalam (spoken and written) is mandatory. N
Robust leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. N
Sound understanding of the local market and customer landscape. N
Willingness to work in a target-driven, field-based sales setting. N
