We’re building India’s largest Web3 movement - and we need someone who can close deals, build powerful relationships, and drive growth across our flagship events. We’re now expanding aggressively into AI while continuing to strengthen our leadership in Web3.

The Role

We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager who can identify, engage, negotiate, and close sponsorship partnerships with AI and Web3 companies globally. This is not a lead-generation role. We are looking for someone who can own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and relationship building to negotiation and closing.

Responsibilities
Drive sponsorship revenue for India Blockchain Tour and Metamorphosis
Build relationships with AI startups, AI infrastructure companies, Web3 protocols, exchanges,



wallets, VCs, and enterprise technology firms
Identify and engage decision-makers including founders, CMOs, Heads of Marketing, Partnerships Leads, and Growth teams
Manage the complete sales cycle from outreach to signed contract
Conduct sponsor discovery calls and tailor partnership proposals
Negotiate sponsorship packages and commercial terms
Build and maintain a healthy sponsorship pipeline using CRM tools
Represent Octaloop at industry events, conferences, and networking meetups
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure sponsor success

Requirements
3+ years of experience in sponsorship sales, enterprise sales, partnerships, business development, or B2B sales
Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Proven experience closing high-value deals
Self-driven and highly accountable
