nThe role
nThis is a cold-calling role at its core, and we mean calling done well.
NNot blind dialing down a list. You'll study the client's product, learn their ideal customer profiles, and research each prospect before you pick up the phone. The goal of every call is a real connection that earns a meeting, not a pitch sprayed at whoever answers.



If you treat the phone as a research-led conversation rather than a numbers game, you'll do well here.

Researching accounts and prospects before every outreach touch N
Writing B2B messaging for outreach campaigns N
Reaching prospects through calls, LinkedIn, and email with personalized outreach N
Handling responses, working through objections, and following up with discipline N
Working alongside the client's sales and marketing teams N
Joining weekly client calls N

At least 1 year in B2B sales or business development, with real cold-calling experience N
A track record of selling B2B and a feel for what moves a buyer N
Solid spoken and written English N
Comfort working solo and inside a team N
