Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager – Staff Augmentation (Market Expansion)

Role Overview:
We are building a high-impact Staff Augmentation vertical focused on rapid revenue growth and market expansion . This role is not for a traditional account manager it is for a growth-driven professional with a founder’s mindset who can build and scale a revenue engine from scratch.
You will play a critical role in capturing enterprise demand, driving top-line revenue, and establishing a strong market presence across Gujarat and PAN India.

Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Generation & Business Development
Proactively identify and acquire high-value clients across IT, BFSI, Manufacturing, and Digital Transformation sectors
Generate 15–20 qualified opportunities per month through outbound channels (LinkedIn, Email, WhatsApp, networking)




Own and achieve ₹1.2–1.5 Cr annual revenue target in Year 1 , with growth plans for Year 2
Build and manage a solid sales pipeline with a focus on closures and revenue realization
Partnership & Ecosystem Development
Establish strategic partnerships with IT consulting firms, product companies, and staffing agencies
Develop a B2B referral network to create a continuous lead generation funnel
Drive white-label staffing opportunities within large enterprise projects
Represent the organization at industry forums, networking events, and leadership discussions
Resource & Vendor Management
Leverage internal talent pool and 50+ vendor ecosystem to fulfill client requirements
Ensure scalability by aligning the right talent with client needs
Design competitive and sustainable commercial proposals
End-to-End Sales Ownership
Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure and onboarding
