NRole Description This is a full time, on-site Senior Accountant role based in Hyderabad.
NAccounts:

Manage day-to-dayaccounting operations, including bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements. N
Overseeing statutory compliance, GST, TDS, and other tax filings, as well as coordinating with auditors and consultants. N
Stock Verifications. N
Oversee proper implementation of Zoho applications for maximising automations. N

nFinancial Analysis:

Handle budgeting,cash flow planning, and management reporting to support decision-making and business growth. N
Implementing and improving MIS and internal controls, reviewing vendor and customer accounts, and partnering with cross-functional teams such as operations, marketing, and supply chain to ensure accurate financial tracking. N
Contribute to financialforecasts, cost analysis,



and profitability reviews for products and channels (website, Ecom, QCom). N
Devise and implement SOPs for smooth functioning of all the verticals of the business. N

Find and close MOUs with other Brands forging alliances and partnerships. N

nQualifications

Bcom or CA-Inter.n
Expertise in Zoho ecosystem a must. Experience in MS Office, Google Sheets, and financial analysis tools;
experience with e-commerce or FMCG accounting is an advantage. N
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced setting. N
Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. N
Prior experience in a startup, consumer brand, or skincare/beauty sector is a plus. N
