About the Role

EzyHelpers is looking for a creative, proactive, and result-oriented Social Media Executive to strengthen our online presence and drive brand engagement. The ideal candidate should have a passion for content creation, social media marketing, and digital storytelling, with the ability to create engaging reels, graphics, videos, and campaigns across multiple platforms.

Job Description
Manage and grow EzyHelpers' social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platform
Create engaging content including reels, short videos, graphics, carousels, captions, and stories.
Plan and maintain monthly content calendars and ensure timely publishing.
Plan and execute photo and video shoots for marketing campaigns and company events.
Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to improve content performance.
Build audience engagement by responding to comments, messages, and customer interactions.
Collaborate with HR, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to support branding, recruitment, and promotional campaigns.
Use Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar tools to design creatives and edit videos.
Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude,



Canva AI, and similar platforms for content ideation and creation.
Track and analyze social media performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
Ensure all content aligns with EzyHelpers' brand voice, quality standards, and marketing objectives.

Required Skills
Solid understanding of social media platforms and content strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar editing tools.
Basic knowledge of video editing and graphic design.
Experience with AI tools for content creation and productivity.
Creative thinking with attention to detail.
Time management and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
