Job Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime.
Prepare sales & purchase invoices and manage billing.
Maintain accounts payable, receivable, and party ledgers.
Handle GST entries, reconciliation, and basic compliance.
Manage bank reconciliation, receipts, payments, and petty cash.
Maintain inventory records and coordinate with the sales/store team.
Track outstanding payments and follow up with customers.
Prepare basic MIS and accounting reports.
Requirements:
B.Com/M.Com preferred.
1–3 years of experience in accounting.
Positive knowledge of Tally Prime, GST & MS Excel.
Experience in medical/pharma distribution is an advantage.
Valuable communication and attention to detail.
