Proactive In & Out Advertising Pvt Ltd is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to develop engaging content that strengthens our brand presence and supports our OOH advertising and digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Create SEO-friendly website content, blogs, articles, and landing pages.
Write content related to OOH, DOOH, transit advertising, branding, and marketing trends.
Develop content for brochures, company profiles, presentations, pitch decks, and sales materials.
Create social media captions, campaign posts, and reels/scripts for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Develop case studies, client success stories, newsletters, email campaigns, and press releases.
Write taglines, headlines, advertising copy, campaign slogans, and promotional content.
Conduct keyword, competitor, and industry research to identify content opportunities.
Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and brand alignment.
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing, Creative, Sales,



and other internal teams.

Required Skills
Excellent English writing, editing, and communication skills.
Robust creative writing and storytelling abilities.
Understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
Good research and analytical skills.
Ability to simplify business and advertising concepts.
Robust attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to manage multiple content projects.

Technical Skills
Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Google Workspace
WordPress – preferred
Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools
Familiarity with AI content tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude
Basic Canva knowledge is a plus

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, digital marketing, or corporate communications.
Experience in Advertising, Media, OOH, DOOH, Branding, Digital Marketing, or B2B will be preferred.
Candidates with a relevant writing portfolio will have an added advantage.
