About the Role Kashti Fintech is seeking a high-energy Partnerships Manager to drive our

alliance strategy. This is a unique dual-mandate role where you will own the partner lifecycle for both

Lending (Co-lending/Sourcing) and Collections (Recovery-led models). You will work directly with the

founders to build scalable bridges between Kashti and India’s leading NBFCs and Banks.

Key Responsibilities

• Hunt & Onboard: Identify and pitch top-tier NBFCs and Banks. Your goal is to sign

agreements for loan origination partnerships and digital collection mandates.

• Commercial Negotiation: Own the pricing, success fees, and revenue-sharing models. You

will drive the commercial closure of NDAs, SLAs, and Master Agreements.

• Lending Alliances: Act as the bridge between our Product/Tech teams and the Lender’s

credit teams to align on credit policies, APIs, and repayment flows.

• Collections Strategy:



Pitch Kashti’s recovery capabilities. Design bucket-wise strategies (e.g.,

flow vs. write-off) and manage performance metrics (DPD, Recovery %).

• Relationship Management: This is not just a sales role. You will manage the health of the

partnership post-go-live, handling escalations and lender reviews.

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience: 3–5 years in Fintech partnerships, specifically handling NBFC/Bank alliances.

• The "Rolodex": You have existing relationships with credit/product heads at NBFCs or Banks

(Big Plus).

• Domain Knowledge: You understand the full loan lifecycle—from origination and

underwriting to collections and NPA management.

• Closer Mindset: You are comfortable with CXO-level conversations and can navigate

legal/compliance roadblocks to get a deal signed.
