We are looking for a motivated Debt Recovery Executive to handle collection of overdue personal loan accounts for our NBFC. You will be responsible for contacting borrowers, negotiating repayments, and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining skilled and ethical customer relations.
Key Responsibilities
Field & Tele Collection: Visit customers and make calls/SMS/WhatsApp follow-ups for overdue EMIs
Recovery: Meet monthly and daily collection targets as per assigned portfolio
Negotiation: Counsel borrowers on repayment options, OTS/settlement schemes, and legal consequences of default
Documentation: Update collection activities daily in CRM/collection app. Collect post-dated cheques, ECS mandates where applicable
Customer Relationship: Maintain polite and qualified communication as per RBI guidelines. No harassment
Reporting: Submit daily visit reports, collection reports, and feedback to Team Lead/Manager
