Position: Sales & Marketing Support Executive

Experience: 2–3 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales & Marketing Support Executive with 2–3 years of relevant experience to support sales and marketing operations.

The role will involve back-office coordination, customer communication, export documentation, payment follow-ups, order processing, and occasional field visits for customer meetings, marketing activities, and order follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support to the Sales & Marketing team.
Handle sales back-office operations, customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing.
Coordinate with customers regarding order status, dispatch schedules, and delivery follow-ups.
Prepare and manage export documentation in accordance with export procedures and shipping requirements.
Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments and maintain payment records.
Conduct occasional customer visits for marketing activities, relationship building, and order follow-up.
Coordinate with Production, Logistics, Accounts,



and other internal departments to ensure timely order execution.
Maintain customer databases, sales records, and reports.
Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and sales documentation.
Candidate RequirementsGraduate in any discipline preferred.
2–3 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing Support, Customer Service, or Back Office Operations.
Working knowledge of export documentation and shipping processes.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust organizational and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits and marketing-related activities.
