Job ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.
Explain matrimonial services, membership plans and packages to clients.
Generate leads through calling, WhatsApp and follow-ups.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable services.
Convert interested leads into paid memberships.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
Update customer and lead information in CRM/records.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Build a positive relationship with clients and provide professional assistance.
Candidate RequirementsMinimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.




Confident and persuasive communication style.
Comfortable with sales targets and calling.
Basic computer knowledge.
Freshers can apply; experience in telesales/inside sales will be an advantage.
