We are looking for a Service Engineer to handle installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and after-sales service of jewellery manufacturing machinery.
Key Responsibilities
Installation and commissioning of machinery at customer sites.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, mechanical, and control-related issues.
Attend customer service calls and provide timely technical support.
Conduct preventive maintenance and machine inspections.
Handle machine demos and explain machine operation to customers.
Coordinate with the Sales and Service Coordinator for service requirements.
Prepare service reports after customer visits.
Identify technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Travel to customer locations as required.




Maintain valuable customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required SkillsGood knowledge of Electrical & Electronics.
Basic knowledge of PLC, sensors, motors, relays, contactors, SMPS, VFD, control panels will be an advantage.
Ability to read basic electrical wiring/control diagrams.
Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel for customer visits.
Practical, responsible, and service-oriented attitude.
