Key Responsibilities:
Understand hiring requirements from management and department heads.
Create job postings on hiring platforms.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and databases.
Screen resumes and shortlist relevant candidates.
Conduct initial HR screening calls.
Coordinate interviews with management.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
