We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join Thyrocare Lab. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, promoting diagnostic packages, assisting customers with test bookings, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to promote Thyrocare health check-up packages and diagnostic services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding tests, pricing, reports, and appointments.
Schedule and confirm home sample collection appointments.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers for bookings and feedback.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM/system.
Coordinate with collection centers, phlebotomists, and internal teams to ensure timely service.
Address customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and booking targets.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through polite and effective communication.
