Key ResponsibilitiesManage and motivate a team of Collection Executives/Advisors.
Drive daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
Monitor team productivity, call performance, PTP, conversion, and recovery metrics.
Conduct regular team huddles and performance reviews.
Track individual team member performance and take corrective actions where required.
Ensure adherence to client processes, collection guidelines, and compliance requirements.
Handle escalations from customers and team members effectively.
Coordinate with Operations, HR, Training, Quality, and MIS teams.
Identify performance gaps and provide coaching and on-floor support.
Prepare and share daily/weekly performance reports with management.
Ensure attendance, login, shrinkage,



and manpower are maintained as per business requirements.
Drive employee engagement and reduce attrition within the team.
Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Tele Collections / Debt Recovery / Banking Collections.
Valuable leadership and people-management skills.
Target-oriented with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle pressure and achieve business targets.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.
Robust understanding of collection KPIs and performance metrics.
