Deliver lectures,tutorials, laboratory sessions, and practical classes in Structural Engineering and related Civil Engineering subjects. N
Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assessments, and evaluate student performance. N
Mentor students in academics, projects, internships, and career development. N
Conduct quality research and publish in reputed journals and conferences. N
Guide student projects and encourage innovation and problem-solving. N
Participate in curriculum development and implement Outcome-Based Education (OBE) practices. N
Supervise Structural Engineering laboratories and ensure effective utilization of laboratory resources. N
Support departmental activities, accreditation processes (NBA/NAAC), examinations, admissions, and academic administration. N




Build industry collaborations through internships, consultancy, guest lectures, and industrial visits. N
Perform any other academic or administrative responsibilities assigned by the Head of Department. N

nQualification
n
N
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering and M.E./M.Tech in Structural Engineering or equivalent specialization. N
Ph.D. in Civil Engineering (Structural Engineering) is a must. N

nExperience
n
N
Teaching, research, or relevant industry experience in Structural Engineering is preferred. N
Experience with accreditation processes, research projects, or consultancy assignments will be an added advantage. N
