Make outbound calls to customers and potential clients.
Explain products or services clearly.
Handle customer questions and provide accurate information.
Follow up with leads and existing customers.
Maintain call records and update customer information.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales or customer-support team.
Requirements:Positive communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Hindi/English or relevant local-language proficiency.
Positive attitude and ability to handle customers professionally.
Freshers can apply; experience in telecalling or sales is an advantage.
