The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to fresh leads, explaining real estate project details, understanding customer requirements, following up with interested clients, scheduling site visits for the sales team, maintaining lead records, and achieving daily calling and follow-up targets.
Requirements
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of Excel/CRM.
Telecalling or sales experience preferred.
