Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Junior Architect / Architect to lead and contribute to architectural projects from concept through completion. Candidates with 6 months to 1 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply, depending on their skills and suitability for the role.

The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibilities, technical knowledge, communication skills, and a willingness to take responsibility for project execution.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support architectural design development from concept stage to final execution.
Prepare detailed drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and site teams.
Handle assigned projects independently with accountability for timelines and quality.
Conduct site visits and supervise execution to ensure design compliance.
Ensure adherence to local building codes, regulations, and approval processes.
Review material selections and technical specifications.
Guide and support junior architects and design team members.
Monitor project schedules,



deliverables, and quality standards.
Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of design development, detailing, and execution.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or 3Ds Max.
Experience in residential, commercial, and/or mixed-use projects is preferred.
Experience with a reputed or established architecture firm is an added advantage.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
Solid problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Knowledge of local authority approvals, building codes, and regulations.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
Candidate ProfileBachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch – 5 Years).
Experience: 6 months to 1 years, based on the level of the position and candidate capability.
Freshers or candidates with 6 months of relevant experience may also be considered for suitable responsibilities.
Robust attention to detail and creative design approach.
Self-motivated and willing to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
Candidates with higher experience should have solid project-handling and team-management capabilities.
