Fundraiser Tele Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Fundraiser Tele Sales Executive to connect with potential donors over the phone, explain our organization's mission, and encourage financial contributions. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for making a social impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing donors.

Explain the organization's programs and fundraising campaigns.

Build rapport with donors and encourage donations.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising targets.

Maintain accurate donor records in the CRM system.

Follow up with interested donors and answer their queries.

Ensure compliance with fundraising policies and ethical standards.

Requirements:

Graduate or equivalent qualification.





Excellent communication and persuasion skills (English/Hindi or regional language).

Experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service, or fundraising is preferred.

Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
