Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and manage interior projects from start to completion.
Prepare and monitor detailed project schedules and ensure timely execution.
Coordinate with clients, interior designers, architects, site supervisors, contractors, and vendors.
Supervise site activities and ensure work is executed according to approved designs, drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Manage contractors, carpenters, electricians, painters, fabricators, and other site teams.
Coordinate procurement and ensure materials are available at site as per project requirements.
Monitor project costs, material usage, labour costs, and overall project budgets.
Identify project delays, site issues, and potential risks and take corrective action.
Conduct regular site inspections and maintain daily/weekly project progress reports.
Ensure proper coordination between different trades to avoid delays and rework.
Review measurements, quantities, BOQs, and material requirements.
Manage client requirements, site changes, and project variations effectively.
Maintain project documentation, drawings, approvals, and work records.
Conduct quality checks and ensure all finishing works meet company standards.




Prepare and close snag lists and ensure timely rectification before handover.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards.

Required Skills
Strong project planning and execution skills.
Valuable knowledge of interior design execution and construction processes.
Excellent vendor and contractor management skills.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Good understanding of materials, finishes, electrical, lighting, carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, and other interior works.
Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and project management tools.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

Preferred Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
3+ years of relevant experience in interior project management.
Experience handling residential and/or commercial interior projects is preferred.
