Job Description
Generate new AMC leads through cold calling, networking, database building, and references .
Build relationships with Facility Managers, Admin teams, and IFM companies to create business opportunities.
Identify and target clients across IT/ITES, Corporate, BFSI, and Pharma sectors .
Ensure timely engagement with prospects aligned to AMC cycles , as missed opportunities may delay conversion by a full contract cycle.
Present company capabilities and highlight service value and differentiators to clients.
Conduct site visits and client meetings in coordination with internal teams.
Drive solution-based selling and achieve assigned sales targets through current AMC acquisition.
Maintain a sales pipeline of 3–4x of target to ensure consistent conversion.
Maintain accurate updates of leads,



opportunities, and pipeline in CRM .
Participate in weekly sales reviews and monthly management meetings with explicit updates and action plans.
Take ownership of proposal inputs and ensure competitive, winning quotations .
Act as a brand ambassador , representing company values in the market.
