Location: Qazmi, Noida

Experience: 2–5 years | Industry: Women’s Ethnic Wear

We are looking for a proactive Production Merchandiser to manage the end-to-end production process for Qazmi’s ethnic-wear collections. The candidate will coordinate between design, sourcing, sampling, production, quality, and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare production plans, T&A;, and daily production trackers.
Coordinate sampling, approvals, fabric, trims, embroidery, and stitching requirements.
Follow up with vendors and internal teams to ensure production timelines.
Monitor WIP, production capacity, quality, and delivery schedules.
Identify production delays and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
Maintain accurate production and order documentation.
Coordinate with QC to ensure products meet Qazmi’s quality and measurement standards.
Track production costs, wastage, and material consumption.

Ideal Candidate: Solid follow-up and communication skills, excellent Excel knowledge, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in women’s ethnic/fashion apparel production.
