Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to generate new business, maintain customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will visit clients in assigned territories, identify sales opportunities, promote products or services, and provide excellent customer service.
Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customers and prospects to promote products or services.
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and advantages.
Negotiate prices, contracts, and payment terms with customers.
Collect customer feedback and share market insights with management.
Prepare daily visit reports and maintain accurate sales records.
Coordinate with the internal sales and operations teams to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.




Required QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in field sales or a related role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Valid driver's license (if required for travel).
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
