We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our real estate sales team.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
Explain real estate projects, offers, pricing, and other details to customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable project options.
Follow up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain lead details and regular follow-ups in CRM.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.
Requirements:
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with outbound calling and sales.
Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.
Freshers can apply; experience in telecalling, sales, or real estate will be preferred.
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to achieve targets.
