Make outbound calls to potential customers.

Explain personal loan products and their benefits.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.

Follow up with interested customers until the application process is completed.

Maintain customer records and update the CRM regularly.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth loan processing.

Requirements:

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Positive communication skills in Hindi. Basic English is preferred.

Confident and convincing personality.

Basic computer knowledge.

Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
