Join our energetic HR Shared Services team and gain hands-on experience in the backbone of global HR operations. This internship offers exposure to process optimization, data management, compliance, and employee lifecycle support across geographies.

Key Responsibilities

Process Support & Documentation
Study HR Shared Services models across industries to identify best practices and suggest process improvements.
Update and standardize Desk Top Procedures (DTPs).

Data Management & Quality Assurance
Perform data validation checks across HR systems.
Support employee file audits for completeness and compliance.

Compliance & Policy Research
Research country-specific HR regulations and assist in creating compliance fact sheets.
Flag gaps between local norms and existing processes.

Service Delivery & Ticket Analysis
Analyse service ticket trends to identify recurring issues.
Suggest automation or process improvements based on findings.

Cross-Cultural Insights & Enablement
Analyse working styles, communication preferences, and workplace expectations of newly transitioned or upcoming countries.
Provide insights to help tailor HR services for smoother integration.

Learning & Development Enablement




Contribute to designing onboarding materials and training modules for recent hires.

Eligibility
MBA graduate in HR or a related field

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Must Have
Solid organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Curiosity, initiative, and a process-oriented mindset
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Good to Have
Familiarity with tools like Power Automate, Power BI, AI applications
Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus
