Key Responsibilities

Market Growth & Strategy

• Own the advertising growth roadmap for D'Moksha's international marketplaces, with a mandate to

build and scale, not just maintain.

• Identify and prioritise the highest-potential prospects within each market, which are smaller for

now but have significant long-term growth potential.

Campaign Management

• Set up, monitor, and optimise Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display

campaigns on Amazon Ads across international marketplaces.

• Assist the central team on Google Ads account management, keyword strategy, and campaign

optimisation.

Performance & Reporting

• Track and report on key metrics such as ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and spend efficiency on a

daily, weekly, and monthly basis, market by market.

• Build and maintain Excel-based tracking sheets and dashboards for campaign performance, budget

pacing, and keyword-level analysis.

Keyword & Bid Optimisation





• Conduct regular bid adjustments, keyword harvesting, and negative keyword additions based on

Search Term Reports and performance data.• Identify underperforming keywords, campaigns, and placements, and recommend corrective

actions.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate with the listings, pricing, and inventory teams to align advertising activity with stock

availability and catalogue changes across markets.

Seasonal & Peak Event Planning

• Support seasonal and promotional campaign planning (e.g. Prime Day, holiday season) with budget

and bid recommendations across international marketplaces.

• Maintain accuracy and response speed during high-pressure, high-traffic periods, when bid and

budget decisions need to be made quickly.
