Job Title: Team Leader

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

About the Role : We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader to oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and drive business growth. Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve organizational goals and performance targets.
Monitor daily team activities and ensure productivity standards are maintained.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
Develop strategies to improve team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Track and analyze key performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
Resolve escalated customer or operational issues in a timely manner.
Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and quality standards.
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.

RequirementsBachelor's degree preferred
