To teach and examine courses at Post graduation in English through lectures, seminars, tutorials, course work and personal supervision. N
To teach Communication Skills, ELT & Soft skills like Group discussion, CV Building, Verbal Aptitude, Interview Preparation, Personality development N
To plan and review own approach to teaching. N
To act as a coach and role model through excellent practice and mentoring. N
To provide pastoral support for students. N
To contribute to curriculum development. N
To take a leading role in, or contribute to, the development of teaching and teaching methods and assessment. N
To contribute to the enhancement of quality teaching within the field. N
To work with national bodies on curriculum development and quality assurance N
Develop and teach postgraduate courses in English & soft skills N
Engage in creative approaches to learning and teaching N
Publish high quality research in leading English Language Journals N
Participate in committee at the departmental,



college and/or university levels as assigned;
n
Actively engage in promoting the growth of the Institute. N
Perform administrative duties as assigned by the Department Chair. N
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in written form. N

nMinimum Qualification

Masters in Arts with Special Subject English from recognized university with First class N
Strong commitment to excellence in teaching, curriculum development, and outcome assessment;
n
Experience in teaching English at under graduation or postgraduate levels;
n
Ability to communicate effectively in English N
Very positive interpersonalskills N

nPreferred Qualification:

Pursuing PH.D or NET (National Eligibility Test) or State Level Eligibility Test (SLAT) must be cleared N
