Job Summary:
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with at least 1 year of experience in managing paid campaigns. The main focus will be on Google Ads, along with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn Ads. Candidates with agency experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Run and optimize paid campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
Robust focus on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
Track performance using Google Analytics and prepare reports.
Optimize campaigns for leads, sales, and ROI.

Requirements :
Minimum 1 year of experience in performance marketing.
Proven experience with Google Ads.
Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
Ability to read and understand reports in Google Analytics.
Positive communication skills in English.

Certificates or proven projects in:
Google Ads
Digital Marketing Course
Any relevant campaign/project work
Preferred:
Work experience in a digital marketing agency.
