Experience: 0–3 years in Microfinance/Banking preferred
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard recent customers.
Form and manage loan groups/JLGs.
Conduct field visits and customer meetings.
Complete KYC and loan documentation.
Process loans and support disbursement.
Ensure timely collection of loan installments.
Maintain customer relationships and portfolio quality.
Follow company policies and compliance requirements.
Skills: Positive communication, fieldwork ability, customer handling, and target-oriented approach.
